Liposuction is a minimally invasive surgical technique that removes excess fat from under the skin through the simple process of suction. A small stainless steel tube, a cannula, is inserted into the fat through the skin and attached to a suction device. Fat is sucked out literally through the body via the cannula to instantly reduce overall body fat to tone areas like the hips, abdomen and thighs.

When a person loses weight, the mere size of the fat cells in his or her body is reduced while the number of fat cells remains the same, therefore there is always the possibility of these fat cells filling up with new fat and swelling to induce obesity. Since liposuction effectively removes the fat cells from the body, the number of fat cells is reduced, therefore removing the possibility of a possible relapse.

It is desirable to go for liposuction only if the body weight remains excessive despite regular exercise and proper dieting for over a period of one year under the care of a professional. Liposuction should not be seen as an alternative to a healthy and active lifestyle. It is merely an aid towards the end.

The complications are the same as other surgeries.

Choosing to go for implantation surgery is a tough decision. After all, it is not easy to decide to place a foreign material within our body. A great deal of thought goes into the decision. Whether it is a necessary procedure or an elective surgery, it is always better to be armed with adequate information before taking the plunge. Here’s the deal on various implants.

Lips
Implantech has various implants for the lips and other facial features. Average cost is between $1500 and $3000.

Breast
Breast implants can be of two types: Saline or Silicon implants. Infection, mal-positioning and rupture are some of the major complications which can take place either immediately or after a certain span of time. Saline implants are more prone to complications.

Hair
Hair transplantation and grafting is the only permanent solution to hair loss. Healthy follicle-containing skin is grafted onto the balding areas. One graft can cost up to $3 to $10, and a hair implant surgery usually requires from 500 to 2000 grafts.

Buttock
Buttock implants are placed under the gluteus maximus, the largest muscle of the bum area. These implants are solid silicone and the surgery takes from one to three hours. It can cost from $5000 to $7000.

We use the ways like waxing, threading, plucking and depilatory creams. Painful that they are, they do not rid of unwanted hair for good and the hair keep growing back and we have to go repeat the procedure again and again. One of the best cosmetic procedure for removing unwanted and facial hair would be permanent laser hair removal.

Permanent laser Hair Removal Procedure

To cause no damage to the surroundings cells and tissues, the laser beams are directed on the hair follicles. The hair follicles contain melanin, which changes the laser light into heat. This causes permanent damage to the hair follicles, which prevents re-growth of hair.

One of the most important fact should be kept in mind is that laser hair removal can cause pigmentation in dark skin, so make sure the laser machine has been specially created for dark skin.

There are many risks involved in the laser procedure, like stated above permanent laser hair removal causes hyper pigmentation in people with dark skin. Blistering and skin burns might also occur for those with dark skin as they require a longer exposure to laser beams. But this problem can be overcome by using a contact chill tip.

Someone once said, the real beauty of a woman lies in her eyes. So it is only obvious that a woman should take special care of her eyes. There are many simple to do methods that will help enhance the beauty of your eyes.

Make a mixture of cucumber juice and potato juice and let it chill, then dip wads of cotton and keep it on your eyelids for fifteen to twenty minutes and gently wash it off. Apply a small amount of baby oil afterwards. If you have dark circles, massage a few drop of coconut oil around your eyes or you could dip wads of cotton in cold milk and place it over your eyes. Repeat the process everyday for the next few days and you’ll be rid of those dark circles before you know it.

To reduce the puffiness of your eyes, grate a potato and tie it in a cloth and place the cloth over your eyes for fifteen minutes. You will notice the puffiness gradually reducing day by day. For bright and sparking eyes add a pinch of salt in water and wash.

You could also make a paste of sandalwood and nutmeg and apply the paste around your eyes before you sleep and leave it on through the night. Wash it off in the morning.

Another useful and easy way would be to crush a cucumber and add a little rosewater to the cucumber juice. Apply it around your eyes and wash it after thirty minutes.

For making your body beautiful, your top priority should be your heath and your well being. You should take tremendous care of your skin, you should get sufficient sleep, exercise and relax. There are many ways for body care and following are a few easy tips you can use.

If you have dry and flaky arms and legs, it would be more effective if you make a moisturiser on our own by mixing two teaspoons of glycerine, six teaspoons of petroleum jelly and two teaspoons of lemon juice. Apply the moisturiser at least twice a week.

If you have cracked heel, melt paraffin wax and mix it with little mustard oil and apply on your heels gently. Leave it overnight and repeat the procedure every night for the next ten to fifteen days, which would result in smooth heels.

If you have rough palms, apply a mixture of lime and glycerine in equal proportion.

For smooth skin, massage your body with a mixture of coconut oil and any of your favourite scented oils like rosemary or lavender.

If your skin is sensitive to sun and gets a sunburn easily it would be prudent to grate a peeled cucumber and squeeze the juice into the mixture of half-a-teaspoon of rosewater and Half-a-teaspoon of glycerine.
