For making your body beautiful, your top priority should be your heath and your well being. You should take tremendous care of your skin, you should get sufficient sleep, exercise and relax. There are many ways for body care and following are a few easy tips you can use.
If you have dry and flaky arms and legs, it would be more effective if you make a moisturiser on our own by mixing two teaspoons of glycerine, six teaspoons of petroleum jelly and two teaspoons of lemon juice. Apply the moisturiser at least twice a week.
If you have cracked heel, melt paraffin wax and mix it with little mustard oil and apply on your heels gently. Leave it overnight and repeat the procedure every night for the next ten to fifteen days, which would result in smooth heels.
If you have rough palms, apply a mixture of lime and glycerine in equal proportion.
For smooth skin, massage your body with a mixture of coconut oil and any of your favourite scented oils like rosemary or lavender.
If your skin is sensitive to sun and gets a sunburn easily it would be prudent to grate a peeled cucumber and squeeze the juice into the mixture of half-a-teaspoon of rosewater and Half-a-teaspoon of glycerine.
